What are my bulk LPG storage tank options?

We supply both above ground and underground LPG bulk storage tanks.  

Do AvantiGas provide an automatic top-up service?

Yes. AvantiGas can provide you with a top up service to make your life as easy as possible. 

Our forecasting software constantly collects information about your gas consumption and combines it with local weather patterns to accurately plan top-ups exactly when you need them.  The system operates continuously throughout the day, all year round.  For more information about our top up service please contact us.

Can I place orders manually?

Yes. AvantiGas give customers the option to manage their account and place orders manually.  This may be a better option for those who don’t live at their address permanently or those who have never used LPG previously.  However with this option you will have to check your vessel gauge on a regular basis and ensure you place your orders when the gauge reaches 25% to ensure enough time for delivery.

Can I pay my bills online?

Yes, you can pay your bills online via your AvantiGas online account.

How do I register for an AvantiGas online account?

You must be an AvantiGas customer to register for an online account. In order to register you must contact us at our online form and request your unique registration code.

Click here to register. 

Enter your account number, registration code and postcode and click send.  You will then be prompted to complete your account details including your personal details, password and security questions.  Once complete click submit and you will receive a confirmation email informing you of your successful registration.

What do I do if I have lost my unique registration code or if it does not work?

If you have having trouble submitting your registration code please contact us at our online form.

My screen appears blank when trying to access my online account?

Please ensure that the browser you are using is updated to the latest versions.  If you are using the Internet Explorer browser you must be using IE 9 or any other advanced version released after 2009. Please update your browser to the newest version.

I can’t remember my AvantiGas login password

If you have already registered for MyAvantiGas, you can request a new password by clicking the forgotten password here.

Once you have entered your account number and answered the security question correctly, you will be emailed a new link where you can login and enter a password of your choice.

Where is my nearest depot?

AvantiGas have LPG supply points across the country including: Fife, Birmingham, Kirkby Lonsdale, Ellesmere Port, Caernarfon, St Austell, Fawley, Coolham, Horam, Coryton, Stanton, Avonmouth and Chesterfield.

How long will AvantiGas take to deliver my LPG?

By using our forecasting tool technology, we can now predict, using your previous consumption profile, how many days you have left until you are in need of a delivery.  Therefore, in order for us to prioritise your delivery effectively, we have changed our timescale to 5-10 working days.

What do I do if I need a delivery sooner?

AvantiGas offers a special delivery services that means we investigate if we can prioritise your delivery in the next 2 working days.  If you are interested in this service, then our customer services team can request this for you for an additional charge, otherwise we will endeavour to deliver to you as soon as possible. 

Can I pay by direct debit?

Yes, AvantiGas offer a range of payment methods.  If you prefer to pay via direct debit and spread your payments to help you budget please contact us and we can advise you of your options.
