Hazardous weather conditions causing severe service disruptions

Thursday 1st March 2018

Weather conditions continuing to affect our supply and distribution network. We’ll be working through the weekend to try and keep as many customers supplied as possible.

Our distribution network has been affected by the severe weather conditions, impacting our deliveries around the country. The areas most heavily affected have been issued red weather warnings - the most serious warning level - by the UK Met Office, meaning extremely dangerous conditions.

Our staff are working around the clock to try to maintain service where possible, but many of our terminals and depots are located in areas that have been most heavily affected by the current weather. AvantiGas take safety seriously and where conditions are too hazardous, we will only be making deliveries once it is safe to do so.

We’ll keep customers updated with as much information about services as possible and do all we can to make deliveries in areas where it’s safe to do so. We would like to apologise to customers whose deliveries have been affected.
